You don’t need specialized equipment or sorting. Most organizations run their drive for 4–6 weeks and consolidate collections at one location.
Launch your drive
After you sign up, we provide ready-to-use outreach materials (email copy, social media graphics, and printable flyers) plus suggested messaging and timing guidance. You share these with your supporters and start collecting.
Collect unused coins and currency
Supporters donate leftover travel currency from anywhere in the world. No sorting is required. If possible, removing obvious non-currency items helps keep shipments clean.
Ship one consolidated box
When your drive is complete and you have 20+ lbs, we provide a prepaid Priority Mail label and shipping materials (box and collection bag). You send one consolidated shipment.
Processing and payment
We sort and value materials according to our published policy, then issue payment within 7 business days of completed processing. You receive a clear payout summary showing verified weight received, category breakdown, and any applicable bonuses.
